What a payment quote includes
Platform pricing is separate from the fees embedded in a payment quote. Up to three can be added on top of the merchant amount, all expressed in the payer token and returned in the quote response.
- Support fee
- An optional percentage of the merchant amount, 0.5% by default, overridable per quote. Small amounts are floored to the network minimum to avoid dust.
- Commission fee
- An optional percentage configured per API key and paid to that key owner withdrawal address. Amounts under 0.01 USD are not charged.
- Bridge fee
- Applies only when the payer token or network differs from the one you receive. Sourced from Relay and included in the total the payer sends.

Non-custodial by default
Funds settle to the withdrawal address you control on each chain. OrcaRail does not hold your balance, so pricing never doubles as a custody arrangement.
